Charde accepts the following forms
of payment: Credit Cards (American
Express, Master Card, Discover, and
Visa). Checks, Cash and Gift
Certificates are accepted in-store
only.
Purchasing
Our goal is to make your shopping
experience as easy, fast, and
friendly as possible. There is
always a knowledgeable staff member
available to answer any of your
questions during store hours,
Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM, Saturday
10a-5:30PM. We are closed on
Sundays.
We have many designers and artists
in our store, some of which are not
on our website. If there is
something that you are looking for
that you can't find on our site,
please call us at 713-668-6350 or
send an email to
info@chardejewelers.com. We will
be happy to send you pictures of
other pieces, or even alternative
pictures of the pieces on our site.
We can also do custom designs, so if
you have an idea, please contact us,
and we can help you design your own
piece.
Confirmation acknowledging receipt
of your order will be sent via
e-mail. Please note that you must
supply us with a valid email address
when you place your order to receive
your electronic order confirmation.
We aim to send out all orders within
three (3) business days subject to
credit clearance, address
verification and availability of
items.

Shipping
Charde Online Store DOES NOT ship to
P.O. Boxes. Most orders will be sent
out within three (3) business days
subject to credit clearance, address
verification and availability of
items. We will contact you if there
is a delay or items are out of
stock.
Orders received on Saturday or
Sunday will not begin processing
until the following business week.
No orders will ship out on Saturday
or Sunday.
All orders are shipped Insured UPS,
for Next Day shipments please call

regular business hours and we will
do our best to arrange shipping. |
Sales Tax
Local Taxes (Texas 8.25%) will be
added to your order when applicable.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase
from
www.chardejewelers.com we will
gladly accept it for return or
exchange, but the item must be
postmarked within ten (10) days of
the original shipping date. We
handle all of our own jewelry
repairs, with our in-store master
silversmith/goldsmith, and will
stand behind every piece we sell.
Please enclose a note with your
name, phone number and e-mail
address explaining the reason for
the return or exchange. You must
include the original receipt from
your package for all
returns/exchanges, and the items
must be returned in the original
condition, unused. Items returned
must be insured for the value of the
purchase. If you return an item
without insuring it and it is lost
or damaged, we can not refund your
money. Should an insured return item
be damaged or lost in transit, you
must supply us with all
documentation necessary to make a
claim with the UPS. Without such
documentation, refunds are not
available. We will credit the card
on which the purchase was made.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund
shipping and handling charges.
Privacy Policy
Charde respects the privacy of its
customers and takes the security of
your personal information very
seriously. Charde does not disclose
any of your personal information
that you provide either during
registration or in your profile
without your consent. All of our
customers' profile information is
stored on a restricted database
server and is used only for the
purposes of processing and shipping
your order. Profile information will
never be disclosed to any party
outside of necessary channels to
ship and process your order in a
timely manner. At any point our
customers can access their account
information, and have the
opportunity to correct, update, or
modify this information. If you have
